Description
Design and construct resilient and sustainable improvements to Holman St. from St. Emanuel St. to Scott St.; including new pavement, reinforced concrete curbs and gutters, driveways, enhanced street lights, waterline, drainage, sanitary, traffic signals, crosswalk striping, minimum 6' ADA sidewalks, wheelchair ramps and special landscaping and streetscape (historical/cultural markers, pedestrian lights, benches, trashcans, etc.); multi-modal components shall be added to promote pedestrian/multi-modal activity along the corridor.
