Design and construct resilient and sustainable improvements to Live Oak Street from Pierce to Truxillo including construction of concrete streets, reinforced concrete curb and gutter, enhanced street lighting, minimum 5' ADA sidewalks, wheelchair ramps, special landscaping and streetscape (historical/cultural markers, pedestrian lights, benches, trashcans, etc.).
